My qualifications in Management of Occupational Health and Safety to level 3 are up to date with more in progress. I keep records of risk assessments and method statements and fully document my safe systems of work. To satisfy regulations like Electricity at Work 1989, Work at Height 2005 and PUWER 1998 I keep records of all inspections and maintenance.
I have full and current ECS, PASMA and IPAF 3a+b (vertical and boom lift) cards. Additionally I hold emergency first aid as well as annual asbestos awareness certificates.
I hold certificates for City&Guilds Portable Appliance Testing as well as IOSH Noise at Work in the Music and Entertainment Industry.
